It was recently announced that the 32-year-old actress has designed a t-shirt for Invisible Children to help raise money for lifesaving programs in East and Central Africa.

For a few years, Rachel has been showing her support for Invisible Children, which is an organization that uses “film, creativity and social action to end the use of child soldiers in Joseph Kony’s rebel war and restore the LRA-affected communities in central and east Africa to peace and prosperity.”
