Rachel Bilson hits the carpet at the CW, CBS and Showtime 2013 Summer TCA Party held on Monday (July 29) in Los Angeles.
The 31-year-old actress was joined at the event by her Hart of Dixie co-stars Wilson Bethel, Kaitlyn Black, and Cress Williams.

Last week, TV Line confirmed that Kaitlyn is being promoted to series regular for the upcoming third season.
“I’m overjoyed to be joining such a talented cast and extremely grateful to be part of the CW family,” Kaitlyn said.
